MOUNT SHISHAPANGMA EXPEDITION 2022

Overview

Shishapangma officially know as Xixiabangma is the 14 highest mountain in the world and lowest of eight-thousanders mountains. The mountain has two summits, the commonly climbed Central summit is 8013m.
The only 8,000m peak to lie entirely in Tibet, it lies close to Nepalese border, shrouded behind the great, but less high, border peaks of Langtang. Regarded as a ‘holy’ mountain local Tibetan, this peak names are Xixabangma, Gosainthan also.

12 APRIL, DAY 05 : Drive from Syprubesi to Kerung border 2000m. Immigration formalities for crossing border and drive to Kerung height 3200m.
13 APRIL, DAY 06 : Drive from Kerung to Tingri 4340m to Chinese Base camp 4800m
14-15 APRIL, DAY 07-08 : Rest day at Chinese base camp for acclimatization
16 APRIL, DAY 09 : Trek from Chinese base camp to Middle camp 5220m
17 APRIL, DAY 10 : Trek from Middle camp to Advance base camp 5400m
18 APRIL-17 MAY, DAY 11-40 : CLIMBING PERIOD FOR MT. SHISAPANGMA 8012M
18 MAY, DAY 41 : Trek to Middle camp and drive to Tingri
19 MAY, DAY 42 : Drive from Tingri to Kerung border.
20 MAY, DAY 43: IMMIGRATION FORMALITIES IN CHINA SIDE. THEN DRIVE TO KATHMANDU. LEAVE TIBET
21 MAY, DAY 44 : Rest and shopping day in Kathmandu

- All airport/hotel/airport transfers
- 5 nights hotel (5 star, Annapurna or similar) in Kathmandu, bb plan
- 4 nights hotel in Lhasa, bb plan
- Flight kathmandu/Lhasa/Kathmandu
- Accommodation in Tibet on full board basis (breakfast, lunch & dinner).

- 50 Kg Expedition equipment luggage or barrel per climber is allowed till ABC

Accomodations

Mardi Himal Peak

Mardi Himal is the name given from long rising ridge and its summit from south-westerly lower slope of Mount Machhapuchhare or Fishtail. The area is much quieter and short colorful venture into the Annapurna region. The trail passes through patchwork valleys, dense mossy forests, raging rivers and waterfalls where you can stop to cool yourself. Around every corner is a tantalizing glimpse of the high mountains, whole horizons of which will be revealed to you as you reach the high points of your trek. Now lodges are built by friendly local making this trek as lodge/teahouse trekking. We’ll experience off the bitten eco-tourism and reach until high camp at 4,100m and get close views of 5 of the 14 highest mountains in the world.
