Mr. Mingmar Tshering Tamang  was born in a traditional mountain village in the Solukhumbhu district Gorakhani-07 of Nepal,. He is one of the well experiences Trekking Guide. He started in the trekking industry in 2010 as a porter but by 2014 he had worked his way up to become a guide. He has completed both his guide training and a course in first aid. Since becoming a guide, Mingmar has led treks in the Everest, Annapurna, Manaslu, Upper Mustang, and Langtang regions of Nepal. He has most frequently led treks to Poon Hill, Upper Mustang, Langtang Valley, and around the around the Annapurna Circuit.
