Overview

The Nar-phu valley trek is meant for those travelers who want to experience the most remote Himalayas or the world generally known “The Forbidden Kingdom”. This valley of Nar-phu is the last standing remains of ancient forbidden kingdom of Tibet later found in Nepal. This region is also called as “The Little Tibet” and is one of the un-touched and unspoiled region from outside world. The Nar and Phu are two antique valleys of Himalayan region that are recently opened for tourists incorporated of dynamite districts of ethnically Tibetans tenants living the traditional city of Lo-Manthang. This traditional city of Lo-Manthang is the capital of antique Forbidden Kingdom. This trekking adventure unites high hills and passes, ice valleys, remote towns, restricted canyons, dazzling wilds, stunning rocky establishments, yaks, gompas and exceptional Himalayan societies. Day 02: Drive to Khudi via Beshisahar (800meter). O/ n at mountain lodge.

Day 03: Khudi to Chamje (1430m). Overnight in camp.

Day 04: Chamje to Dharapani(1920m). Overnight in camp.

Day 05: Dharapani to Koto (2600m). Overnight in camp.

Day 06: Koto to Dharmasala (3230m). Overnight in camp.

Day 07: Dharmasala to Kayang (3740m). Overnight in camp

Day 08: Kayang to Phu Village (4050m). Overnight in camp.

Day 09: Excursion around Phu valley. Overnight in camp.

Day 10: Phu valley  to  Junam(3550m). Overnight in camp.

Day 11: Junam  to Nar Village (4150m). Overnight in camp.

Day 12: Explore Nar Village. Overnight in camp.

Day 13: Nar Village to Ngwal (3675m). Overnight in camp.

Day 14: Ngwal to Kang – La pass (5315m). Overnight in camp.

Day 15: Kang – La pass to Manang (3550m). Overnight in camp.

Day 16: Manang to Lettdar (4250m). Overnight in camp.

Day 17: Lettdar to Thorong high camp (4800m). Overnight in camp.

Day 18: Thorong high camp to Muktinath(3800m). Overnight in camp.

Day 19: Muktinath to Jomsom (2713m) via Kagbeni (2895m). Overnight at mountain lodge.

Day 20: Fly to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.

Day 21: Drive to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 22: Transfer to Kathmandu international airport for your onward journey
